Terms & Conditions
'Client' means the organisation, person, business or a company who purchases services from ikraft Limited
1. These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all services provided by ikraft
2. The client is obliged to obtain any necessary permissions and consents which may be required by the law before the commencement of the services. The client need to ensure the contents/images/idea/concepts/business are legal.
3. The client will provide the content and images if any before the commencement of the project and will stay in touch with ikraft London throughout the project. If there is no response from the client for the duration of 10 days, 5 attempts will be made to contact the client by email. If the client doesn't respond the project will be terminated and the deposit will not be refunded.
4. Any images purchased by ikraft Limited for the use in Clients website should not be used by the client for any other purpose. Ikraft Pvt. Ltd is not liable for any misuse of the images by the client.
5. Ikraft Pvt Ltd is not responsible for anything affecting the business of the client including the sales or profitability that might be claimed is a result of a service offered by ikraft Limited
6. The management and hosting of the domain name are the full responsibility of the Client.
7. ikraft Limited will proceed with the project only after receiving 50% of the project cost which is non-refundable. The remaining 50% is to be paid upon completion of the project. The Client's website will be made Live after receiving the full payment.
8. The client is liable to make the payment within 30 days of receipt of invoice. The invoice will be sent in the e-mail provided by the client. Any change of email will be informed to Ikraft Pvt Ltd by the client. ikraft Limited shall be entitled to charge interest on overdue amount from the date when payment becomes due from day to day until the date of payment at a rate of 4% per annum.
9. ikraft Limited holds no responsibility for the content and images of Clients websites. Ikraft Pvt Ltd doesn't verify the contents, images in the clients website.
10. ikraft Limited will discuss with the client about the provider for the hosting of the website and choose the . ikraft Limited is not responsible for any virus attacks, hacks or server being down in the server/hosting provider where the website is being hosted. It is the responsibility of the client to renew the domain name and hosting.
11. ikraft Limited will provide the Client with an expected completion date for the Project. ikraft Limited will do its best to meet the given deadline, but do not guarantee and are not bound in any way to complete the Project by this date.
